试试 var_dump($_POST['title']);

开发环境是什么，之前我用phpstorm 10 遇到过这种情况，我的解决方案是换用apache服务器就能传值了

var_dump也不行，试过了，我去试试换个Apache

换了个Apache 也没什么卵用~该怎么样还怎么样！哎，我这怎么了

我也是新人，你要不试试这样做。是可以输出默认值111的，或者是你取消掉默认值111你自己输入也是可以的。2个例子亲测有效，希望可以帮到你。
