phpstorm配置

一、配置调试
1、改解释器。
PHP是解释型语言，要设置解释器。“开始”->“设置”->“Interpreter”添加php.exe所在的文件夹。
2、“运行”“编辑结构”“绿色+，PHP Script”
二、汉化包
把汉化包中resources_cn.jar复制到PhpStorm 8.0.1\lib文件夹中。重启。
三、代码转换
默认为utf8的，转为gbk
