这段代码的那个ip地址，是指要连接的服务器的IP地址么？
端口也是要连接的服务器端口么。
我这是在本机做的测试。

之后在打开网页的时候，
http://127.0.0.1:8020/Aptana/zhuce.html
浏览器栏显示的地址是这个,端口是8020。

端口为什么是8020呢，这个是随机分配的么？

服务器端的代码我如下写的：

使用的是JAVA语言。
我想知道，服务器传出去的数据，是怎么到达网页的。代码里我没看到获取之类的。是浏览器的功能，还是HTML的功能。

这一句把服务器上的确认信息发到浏览器

form下的action就是提交的位置，submit是提交
