我的网站IE打开显示不全，基本为空白_html/css_WEB-ITnose

如题，我把title放到meta后面了。网址是：http://www.v2gg.com(微信公众平台)
chrome、360浏览器高速模式打开都没问题，如果用ie或者360浏览器兼容模式，或者搜狗浏览器兼容模式，打开就是基本现实空白。文件也是utf-8格式，应该没问题。
求大家帮忙看下，给的分很多。
