Flash div层置顶

求助，有flash 和div层，需要div层置顶，不让flash覆盖。z-index,position都设置了也不行。
另网上查找的方法使用《iframe》ie不兼容，还有没有别的方法，设置flash透明的也不要，div层是一个需要填写信息的表单。谢谢~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 求助 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 好人~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 帮忙啊~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 在等~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
