比方说 选了 2个文件 能获得 文件名|文件名 选3个 就是文件名|文件名|文件名

input file不支持多选，改为flash
参考： 模仿163的邮箱的文件选择上传,这个不能一次选多个
flash选择多文件上传，可限制选择文件类型
