是的。因为dreamweaver8 把sql文件当做文本文件来处理，我现在是在考虑是否换下版本，但是我用dreamweaver其实也不久，很多配置和强大的地方都不知道，所以来问下。
dw系列里边要用也得用dw cs4版本以上的，dw 8默认是gbk编码的，gbk你懂吧？
不过我推荐 webstorm.

使用的网页很多编码的不一致，但是通过ue编辑器修改文件编码的。

直接用UE吧..方便多了。
