如何布局求思路_html/css_WEB-ITnose

现在平面设计图的一部分是这样

而主题内容是文字部分是这个宽度为1024px；

最上面的那条通栏要自适应，也就是图片部分要贴着浏览器坐部边框。

所以我的问题是：
如何在保存主体内容为1024部分居中显示，也使上面通栏部分左边图片部分可以随着浏览器的宽度的放大而延伸。

求各位大神们解答

先布局呀

上下结构，然后左右结构。

自适应可采用bootstrap样式结构就好了。
