字符集当然有很多的种类，在中国大陆主要是使用GB2312的，但是有的时候我们还是应该考虑一下国外的朋友访问你的网站的问题，那么你就应该使用UTF-8了，其实这个是一个趋势吧，很多的国内网站也都采用这个编码了，这样的话，才不容易因地区差异，访问网页导致乱码。

header("content-type: text/html; charset=gb2312");

这个是在php里面输出头文件的。当然设置的GB2312，你可以改成你自己需要的编码。
