a标签跳转问题_html/css_WEB-ITnose

初学html,写了一个简单的html，发现a标签跳转有如下问题：
<ul> <li><a href="www.baidu.com" target=_blank>百度</a></li> <li><a href="www.sougou.com">搜狗</a></li> <li><a href="www.163.com">网易</a></li> </ul>
在实际点击时，网页却跳转至：file:///E:/xampp/htdocs/learnhtml/www.baidu.com
其中：file:///E:/xampp/htdocs/learnhtml/为网站路径。
请教各位大神，问题出在哪里，求解答，谢谢。
