如何跳转到手机页面顶部？

各位大神，我的a.html最下方通过链接了b.html，然后b.html最下方又通过<iframe>链接了 login.php页面，因此打开a.html后显示页面就较长，用户拖到login.php登陆时，已经是在最底部，我想实现在用户在手机点击登陆后，就直接跳转到a.html的最顶端。 目前，我的手机页面登陆后就基本停留在原来login.php那个位置。该怎么办？谢谢各位高手！

给一个ID的name属性，点击就可以直接跳转到自己想要的页面！

比如：我想点击a链接跳转到b位置，给b位置添加一个id属性值，然后在a链接处使用。
例子：b位置如何跳转到手机页面顶部？

是这样的，如果一个页面是可以，但是我是有3层页面，多个IFRAME；并且，我希望点击login页面的登录或注册按钮后，就跳转到a.html最上方，比如说ha 的锚点。但好像我不能在login.php页面上的button用。有解决办法么？
