用phpstorm打开项目 ,中文注释都乱码
在工具的seting里面设置为如下
到底要怎么解决这个问题 ,,,,谢谢

你的乱码是：gbk 字符在 utf-8 环境中的表现
说明你的文件是gbk编码
你的文件不是utf8的，修改后另存为utf8试试。
你用其它的编辑打开此文件看下，是否同样是乱码
