如何将上传到web务器
做了一个超简单的的PHP+Mysql网站，现在我要将其上传到服务器(这个服务器上己经有一个网站）上去，这个服务器在香港，而我在广州,普通文件和SQL数据库应该如何FTP上传啊？应该传到哪个目录啊？
因为真的不懂，那位大虾帮帮忙，先谢过了！
