百度搜索的问题
最近在尝试做一个在线音乐电台，类似豆瓣那种，链接是在线搜的

大概有这几块：链接搜索.php 用户页面.php 播放器.swf 数据接收.js

js方面用的是ajax 和json

链接是用的百度mp3的接口 http://box.zhangmen.baidu.com/x?op=12&count=1&title=标题$$歌手$$$
获取的方法是file_get_contents($url)，返回一个xml然后用正则提出链接，然后输出json客户端获取数据，然后js传值给swf，swf获取url变量后加载sound播放。

本来都挺顺，但是百度这个接口让我头疼，我在ff下打开用户页面.php的时候电台功能一切正常，直接打开flash文件也正常，但是在IE8和chrome下就不行了，后来我看了一下网络，发现在访问百度mp3接口的时候，在ie8和chrome下百度返回一个403，而ff下是返回mp3地址。

是因为各个浏览器之间的差异么？为什么ff下能返回，但是其他的就403？我用的header是html的，换成别的一个有用吗？再或者有没有别的mp3接口？请大家帮帮忙
