数据库内容在网页中显示时出现乱码

我的phpmyadmin用的mysql字符集为utf-8 unicode(utf8),
每个数据表的“整理为”utf8_general_ci;
mysql连接校对为 :utf8_general_ci ,
language为中文-chinese simplified ,
而且程序中也使用了mysql_query("set name 'utf8'")。
即使我做到了上述的内容,但是从数据库 中搜索到的内容还是出现了乱码,为什么?[/b]

注意检查三点一线,即数据库的编码,php和html文件的编码,然后就是html的charset设置 要设置成一致的,可以尝试在浏览器里面的"查看"->编码->试试UTF8的和中文的编码,看看页面的内容变化,即可知道是那个环节出了问题
