是新加一条消息标识为转发
还是新建一张表
还是加到评论里面 表示为转发

这个数据库没做过，
我想应该这样，
等于发1条微博“转发标示字段”上填入转发的原微博ID号 ，
查询是否存在转发ID号，存在则展示成转发
转发时如果选择评论则写入微博ID评论表
