http://pear.php.net/package/DB/download/1.7.13上下载的，把文件名改成db.php了
第一行是：package.xml100664 764 764 25417 10674751274 6435

你是否开启了php的短标签？ 如果是就关掉它 short_open_tag = Off

下载后的文件是 DB-1.7.13.tgz
解包后是一个 DB-1.7.13 文件夹和一个 package.xml 文件
将 DB-1.7.13 文件夹中的 DB 文件夹和 DB.php 文件拷贝到 PEAR 目录下即可
