努力了很久都不知道如何解决

检查下 php.ini 是不是重复加载了 timezonedb.so
;extension 添加分号 注释掉 timezonedb.so 重启apache

估计是php_timezonedb.dll损坏，或者和php的版本不匹配，也可能是一个支持线程安全的版本，不能放到一个线程不安全的php上
