在下载了支付宝快捷登录接口后，在alipay.config.php中必须提供

//合作身份者id，以2088开头的16位纯数字
$aliapy_config['partner'] = '';

//安全检验码，以数字和字母组成的32位字符
$aliapy_config['key'] = '';

才可以验证登录成功？

可是合作者身份id和安全校验码是和支付宝签约之后才可以获取到的，那么开发者没有签约怎样调试呢？
