apache服务器首度访问慢

apache服务器首次访问慢！
在本地测试，第一次访问网站的时候明显很慢，第二次访问就很快。隔段时间再访问出现同样问题。是否缓存设置求解决方法？
 新手问题，请大家解惑！！！

第一次访问网站时，因为要加载php相关的运行库，自然要慢一些
操作系统会将暂时不用的进程从内存中搬到硬盘里，所以隔段时间再次访问时有一个从硬盘中取回php进程的过程
这都会使你感到速度比较慢了
