我的环境：
Server Configuration
Apache Version :
2.2.8
PHP Version :
5.2.6
MySQL Version :
5.0.51b
运行OEcms-v3.1_R1115下upload文件夹里的index.php提示错误：

php 先打开错误提示功能，其次一个可能大多数的cms还需要做个安装的过程，具体需要查看他们提供的文档，毕竟数据库肯定是要创建的
