mysql的ibdata1回复

mysql的ibdata1恢复
本机安装了mysql，忘记备份成sql就卸载了，结果就剩下ibdata1文件，如下图
请问下怎么恢复这个文件呢，我自己试过重新安装一个同一个版本的，然后覆盖这些文件，然后在重新启动mysql的时候服务启动失败，然后我自己找留下，说单独恢复ibdata1文件是不可以，还需要配合frm文件，这些文件应该都是存在我的这个目录吧，有恢复过的可以给我说经验吗，谢谢，我完全不知道怎么恢复
