系统：windows7专业版 64位
PHP与Apache都是目前最新版本。
------解决思路----------------------
php.ini中设置 extension_dir = "php安装目录\ext"
若不行
将extension_dir 的值设置到环境变量 PATH 中再试

重新下载一个别的版本吧，这个问题比较常见。
