如何可以在cmd中也使用curl

怎么可以在cmd中也使用curl
我现在的情况是在win7系统64位下的wamp，php.ini里已经开启了curl，用phpinfo（）也可以看到curl已经开启了。环境变量也添加了php.exe文件和ext文件夹的路径，可以在cmd使用php命令，就是在cmd中打开有curl_init函数的文件会函数未定义之类，有谁可以解决下吗？是不是要在system32下放什么文件？
