weblogic 是用纯java开发的，是一个基于JavaEE架构的中间件
在 tomcat 中他可以常驻内存，那么在 Apache 中也可以吗？不很清楚
如果可以就可以，如果不可以，那么运行效率是极低的
jsp 的并不比 php 难，为什么一定要用 php 呢
