smarty3 出错 registerPlugin未定义

smarty3 报错 registerPlugin未定义
想用下自定义函数的，但是自定义函数一直注册不了，一直提示Call to undefined function registerPlugin，本来以为是路径哪里有问题，然后又下了一个smarty，直接在给的demo里边调用这个函数，还是同样的问题。
