URL设置伪静态
使用的是vps，ISS 6.0 各项配置都完成，就是URL映射没有成功，原来的动态地址可以，静态的地址提示404
------解决思路----------------------
1 跟vps无关
2 是IIS6
3 URL映射，也就是rewrite，有规则--就是规则对应不好
