配置：
1.到windows.php.net/download 网站下载 vc9 x86 thread safe
2.解压文件到目录。
3.改php.ini (将php.ini_d....删除后面的) 然后打开mysql扩展（即删除；extension=php_mysql.dll 前面的分号）
配置extention_dir ()
4.配置apache的 httpd.conf
打开nuSphere phpED 放代码到里面去 进行调试.
打开Drwanweaver CS3进行 编测.
在浏览器上面调试：在遨游浏览器上打开网址 —>点菜单 —>点页面 —>开发工具 —>然后把鼠标移到代码处
