Url rewrite in .htaccess is not working
我从网上下载了一个开源的网站，我配置了Apache和PHP，
我运行http://127.0.0.1:8881/index.php之后显示SystemCheck画面
其中有一项没有通过
Url rewrite in .htaccess is not working. Check your server configuration.
这个.htaccess文件也是从网上下载下来后什么都没有改

我该改什么配置文件
