睡梦中被网站监测(点击进入这里有很多提供免费网站监测的网站，我使用的是国外的，每分钟监测一次，实时提醒，避免网站长时间挂掉。)短信给吵醒了，网站无法正常打开了，无奈起床。
所有网站提示Service Unavailable，看日志发现有加载7i24防盗链文件错误的日志，先不查原因，卸载了先说，卸载后静态页面正常，但是php页面不行，全是空白页面，重启iis、mysql都无果，写个php简单页面测试php发现正常，看来是无法连上mysql，上网搜索解决方法，搜到以下几种方法：
1. extension_dir = 和PHP实际的ext目录不一致。
2. 没有把PHP目录和ext目录添加到环境变量中。
3. extension=php_mysql.dll等前的;注释没去掉。
4. Zend安装目录和php.ini中Zend指定的目录不一致。
5、把libmySQL.dll复制一个到:c:\windows\system32下..然后重启IIS
看的眼花缭乱吧，我一一都试过了，还是不行。然后重启服务器，不行。重装php mysql还是不行，到此有点崩溃了。不过不能崩溃，还得继续查，查到一篇文章里提到 phpinfo() 里 Loaded Configuration File C:\WINDOWS\php.ini ，那篇文章提到是php.ini的问题，但是我这不会是php.ini，因为我已经之前的恢复过了。不过我打开phpinfo()页面()，看到 Loaded Configuration File (none) ，显然根本就没有加载到php.ini，这时候我想到了权限，赶快给其添加了users读取权限(不行的话可以再加上guests)，重启iis，ok了。
所以除了上面5条，可以再加个第6条：
6.检查php.ini权限，给其users(guests)读取、读取和运行权限。
