找不到php.ini
phpinfo输出php.ini的路径是C:\Windows
但这个目录下面却找不到php.ini，隐藏文件都显示了，搜索整个C盘都找不到，这是为何？

Loaded Configuration File 这个是在c盘？或者看哈环境变量
