数据库当中少了一个表示咋回事

数据库当中少了一个表示怎么回事？
如图所示，最上面显示的有21个表，但真正显示出来的只有20个表，网站前台也是提示的是 Table '2car.qf_peizhi' doesn't exist
但是当我手动添加这个表的时候又提示该表已存在。
怎么回事？

qf_peizhi 表损坏
先尝试修复一下
不行的话可删除后重建
