在windows环境中开启PHP的扩展模块Mcrypt
1、编辑php.ini,去掉extension=php_mcrypt.dll前的‘;’;
2、查看d:\**\php5\ext下是否有php_mcrypt.dll，以及d:\**\php5是否有libmcrypt.dll
3、复制libmcrypt.dll到C:\Windows\system32下
4、重启Apache服务器
