PHP5.4.6这个版本如何安装呀？
如题，我看了很多的PHP安装方法，但是里面都是先“找到php.ini-dist文件，将其重命名为php.ini”，但是这个版本里面我找不到这个文件

整合的版本都已經放出來了,何必自己忙活半天去搭建呢?
整合版下載地址是:
http://www.wampserver.com/en/
64位,32位的都有,另外PHP的好幾個版本也有.

是 php.ini-development 而不是 php.ini-dev
初学者还是用集成包的较好
