请问一个zend studio的有关问题

请教一个zend studio的问题
安装了 新版本的 zend studio 9.0.3后，在自己的机子上发现问题很奇怪，（同样的安装包别人的机子上没有出现）
在全局编码处 默认是GBK
在项目编码处 默认页是GBK
但是在具体的文件那里 set encoding 默认的编码却是utf-8 （朋友机子上这里是GBK） 这使得我每次新建一个文件都得重新指定下编码，网上找了下也没人知道 请教各位大神 谢谢。

不仅仅是zend 在好几个ide开发工具上都有这种稀奇古怪的事情.
在编辑-设置编码里还可以设置编码 试看看吧...很久不用zend了有些记不清
