Call to undefined function getInstance()怎么回事
运行程序时出现了：
Fatal error: Call to undefined function getInstance()
这样的错误是怎么回事，getInstance不是php自带的函数吗？还是需要开启php的什么扩展，php.ini需要配置什么才行吗？
