插件php manual设置可用方法：
工具-》选项-》php-》php manual-》search url设为 仿此：file:///H:/AllProRoot/BOOk/php5/function.${function}.html
然后如果默认调试器为火狐，发现不能用，纠结啊纠结。最后在 常规=》web浏览器=》编辑内将火狐的参数改为 -nohome {URL} 解决。
