PHP初学者一定遇到过中文乱码问题，我也遇到过，现在把我用的解决方案共享给大家。如果大家有更好的解决方案，请回复。
在=mysql_db_query("lib","select * from mytb",);
前面加上
mysql_query("set names gb2312");或者mysql_query("set names gbk");
