Tether has issued a $100,000 grant to the BTCPay Server Foundation, marking the second year in a row the company has supported the open-source Bitcoin payment project.

BTCPay Server is a self-hosted, open-source Bitcoin and cryptocurrency payment processor that enables individuals and organizations to accept Bitcoin and USD₮ payments. According to the Foundation, the funding will be used to support continued development, improve user experience, and enhance the platform’s privacy features.
