The estate of Mt. Holly in is full of puzzles and mysteries, with a new challenge hiding behind every corner (literally).

One of the first mysteries you'll come across in the game is the strange "VAC Breaker" controls on the circuit breaker box in the Supply Closet. The VAC Breaker is the key to unlocking a crucial permanent upgrade in the Grounds.

Finding the Code

To start, you'll need to find the correct sequence of colors to input into the VAC Breaker controls. The first clue can be found in the Mail Room, sitting on the packaging station.

This will provide some crucial information and lead you to the Office computer, which reveals the required combination in an email message.

The correct sequence of colors to input in the VAC Breaker is Gray, Blue, Green, White, Red, Purple.

Entering the Correct Sequence

Draft the Supply Closet and open up the fuse box. There are some important things to note in regard to enabling some colors:

• White can only be selected when all six lights are purple.
• Purple lights are only created when a blue light is clicked next to a red light, replacing the red with purple.
• If you mess up placing the white color, you'll have to backtrack or restart completely.
• Clicking a blue light will change it to gray, but also change any adjacent red or green lights to blue.

Turning the Board Purple

To start, you'll need to create a row of six purple pegs. Here's how we got there:

1. Turn all six lights green.
2. Click the sixth light twice to turn it blue.
3. Click the sixth light again, turning the fifth light blue.
4. Click the fifth light, then the fourth, then the third, then the second, then the first.
5. Click the first light two times to turn it red.
6. Click the second light once to turn it gray and the adjacent red light to purple.
7. Click the second light twice to turn it red.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 on the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth light.
9. Click the sixth light (which is red) once to turn it purple.

Inputting the final sequence

Now that the board is all purple, it's time to finish the proper order of colors

1. Click the fourth light to turn it white.
2. Click the sixth light to turn it blue.
3. Click the sixth light again to turn it gray.
4. Click the sixth light twice to turn it red.
5. Click the fifth light to turn it gray (and the sixth light to purple).
6. Click the fifth light twice to turn it red.
7. Click the third light to turn it blue.
8. Click the second light to turn it blue, then again to turn it gray.
9. Click the first light to turn it gray.
10. Click the third light twice to turn it green.

Correctly inputting the correct order of colors will reveal a hidden room behind the breaker box, containing a large metal switch. Interact with the switch, which triggers a cutscene and permanently unlocks the Gemstone Caverns, which grants you two gems at the start of every day.
