How To Progress Your Light Or Dark Alignment

To get started, simply open your quests menu and navigate to the Alignment quests. From there, you can begin finding missions to complete tied to either the Light or Dark side. Each completed quest not only contributes to your personal Alignment bar but also adds to the global community bar.

This means the entire Fortnite player base has a hand in influencing the outcome through their collective choices.

For each Light or Dark quest you finish, you’ll earn 3,000 XP and make progress toward your personal Alignment stages. Every Alignment has 20 stages, and each stage consists of ten quests.

While many of these quest objectives repeat week to week, the XP rewards remain generous. Completing all 20 stages in either path will net you over 100,000 XP. That’s not even counting the bonus rewards: finishing all Alignment missions for a side grants an additional 10,000 XP, with another 10,000 available for completing both sides fully.
