Should You Increase Luck?

Generally, no. Luck's benefits require significant investment for minimal returns, and its two-point-per-level increase makes it inefficient. Other attributes usually offer better value.

However, the Thief birthsign is a strong exception. It grants ten free Luck points alongside Agility and Speed. Fortifying Luck through spells or enchantments is another viable, albeit less efficient, method.
