In Promise Mascot Agency, Mr. Sato stands out not only for his secret mission to expose Kaso-Machi's corrupt mayor, but also for his ardent fandom of the idol group "Parad!se If!" His devotion began with their first performance and continues to this day.
Now, he needs Pinky and the Janitor's help to locate the idol merchandise hidden in vending machines across Kaso-Machi. This isn't easy, so here's a complete guide to finding every item for Mr. Sato.
Finding Mr. Sato
Early in Act Two, Pinky will direct you to Mr. Sato near Town Hall. Drive your truck to the rear of Town Hall (where you first met Mayor Maeda).
You'll find Mr. Sato behind the building, in a dark suit. Speak to him and inquire about his town quest to begin the idol merchandise hunt.
Locating All Idol Merchandise
Unlike other quests in Promise Mascot Agency, Mr. Sato provides no clues to the merchandise locations. He only reveals they're in various vending machines throughout Kaso-Machi.
Unique Festival Photo 
The first item is near Town Hall. Go to the apartments on the residential street east of Town Hall.
Find the backmost vending machine (with question marks) and buy the Unique Festival Photo for 60,000 yen.
Limited Idol Towel
Next, go near the Creepy Apartments, west of the Haunted Tunnel.
A solitary vending machine sits atop a hill; purchase the Limited Idol Towel for 80,000 yen.
Extraordinary Idol Flash Drive
Proceed towards the Mountain Summit, stopping between the Hot Springs Resort and the Summit. You'll find buildings behind a barricade.
Scarce Signed Photo 
This item is in a highly visible area, but the vending machine is easy to miss.
West of the Tanuki statue, a bridge leads to a shrine. The vending machine is just outside the shrine; buy the Scarce Signed Photo for 70,000 yen.
Rare Idol Photo
Finally, go to the Morning Market (east side of the map). Drive slightly southwest of the market to a group of buildings on a small incline.
A vending machine sits on the Slope; purchase the Rare Idol Photo for 50,000 yen.
