They offer a range of powerful API products, with clear and easy to understand documentation, and all offer free tiers available to facilitate developers to test and verify ideas before upgrading to a paid plan as needed. Their latest product is marketstack.

The marketstack API provides current and historical stock market data. If you have an application (or business) idea that requires stock data, or want to chart Apple's stock, simply access the REST API with your key and AAPL stock code to get the JSON data you need. If you have always wanted to build a stock market application, this API will open the door to your convenience.
