To pay bills, you must first have sufficient funds. Children and young adults rely on their parents; adults are solely responsible. Finding a job (part-time or full-time) is essential to generate income.

Bill payments are processed every Friday. You'll receive a notification via your in-game smartphone from the Tax Department, detailing all outstanding bills (electricity, water, property tax), deadlines, and potential penalties.

Access the Tax Department message in your smartphone's Messages app. Review the details and, if you have enough funds, click "Submit Payment" to deduct the amount from your Zoi's balance.

Insufficient funds? You have a two-day grace period to acquire the necessary money. Failure to pay results in an overdue notice and service restrictions.
