Locate the Quest Giver: Begin at the Dye Workshop Stonetree Warp Spire in Stoneville. Descend to the lower platform and speak with the NPC marked with "???". This initiates the quest and directs you to Pinny at the Stellar Fishing Ground.

Reaching the Stellar Fishing Ground: If you lack the Warp Spire for the fishing grounds, travel to the Handsome Lads Circus and utilize your Floating Outfit to reach Pinny. Interact with Strawhat Sleepy to unlock the necessary Skypass.

Lensie's Wish: After meeting Pinny, you're tasked with fulfilling Lensie's final wish: to see an Astral Swan soar again. This requires using an Animal Grooming outfit to groom the Astral Swan, obtaining an Astral Feather in the process.

Navigating to the fishing grounds is the most challenging aspect. Once the swan is groomed, initiate your glide ability in front of it. This triggers a cutscene where you fly with the swan, fulfilling Lensie's wish. Follow the on-screen prompt to soar. Listen to the dialogue between Lensie, Pinny, and Elron until you land back at your starting point.
