Pokémon Go's January 2025 Community Day features Sprigatito, the adorable Grass-type cat Pokémon! However, this year's Community Day ticket price has increased.

The ticket, previously priced at $0.99, now costs $1.99. To offset the price hike, Niantic is including a Premium Battle Pass with the ticket. While a Premium Battle Pass typically costs $1, players have noted their frequent availability in discounted bundles or even as daily freebies, diminishing the perceived value of this addition.

The full list of ticket rewards remains undisclosed, with Australian and Pacific time zones getting first access.

Pokémon Go Community Days are monthly events featuring boosted spawn rates for a specific Pokémon and increased Shiny encounter chances. They're also social events, encouraging trainer meetups.
