Trading is the bread-and-butter of Pets Go on Roblox. While you can live in solitude and collect a variety of pets, trading is a great way to get more pets or earn a few extra diamonds. Rather than trading right from the start of the game though, you'll need to unlock it.

In this guide, we are going to take a look at how to unlock the Trading Plaza in Pets Go. Additionally, we'll take a look at how you can set up a trading booth and start trading for the first time. Overall, the process is simple, so you'll be trading in no time!

How To Unlock The Trading Plaza

To unlock trading, head to the 'Upgrade!' tab, which is at the bottom of the screen. From here, unlock everything leading to 'Inventory'. Once you've done this, the 'Trading' hexagon will appear, which needs to be unlocked as well.

Once trading is unlocked, the hexagon will turn yellow. From here, you can click on it to open up a new tree. The 'Trading Plaza' hexagon will be directly to the right. Unlocking this will give you access to the plaza, but you won't be able to set up your own booth just yet.

After unlocking the plaza, you'll then need to unlock 'Trading Booth'. This lets you claim an empty spot and trade pets in exchange for diamonds.

Every upgrade costs coins. The best way to save up coins is to continuously hatch eggs. We suggest unlocking Auto Roll, which lets you sit back and relax instead of constantly clicking. Auto Roll is unlocked by moving downward on the upgrade tree (starting with 'Faster Hatch').

How To Trade

You cannot Auto Roll in the Trading Plaza!

With the Trading Plaza and booths unlocked, head to the plaza! Here, you can head to any open booth area and claim it. Once you do, the basic booth option will show up with your name displayed. By interacting with it, you'll be able to set pet listings. To do so, simply click 'Make Listing!'.

Doing so will pull up all of your pets on one page. By hovering over each pet, you can get an estimate of how much it sells for. For example, we hovered over a Mythical-tier Balloon Cat, and the selling price suggestion is 536 diamonds.

After clicking on the pet, you can set the price yourself. At this point, you can stick with the average, or price it a bit lower so other players feel the incentive to buy from you. Don't forget to walk around and look at other booths; you may see others offering the same pets as you. Take their prices into consideration when selling your own pets.

Items can also be sold at the Trading Plaza. For example, we saw a player selling a Master Thief Potion for 878 diamonds.

Once everything is set up, you are good to go! You can unlock upgrades to change the booth's skin, which may draw in players to look at what you have to offer. Additionally, you can talk in chat and mention if you are selling anything rare.
