Finding the Poachers:

Poacher 1:

Poacher 3 (Varel's Quest):

After dealing with the first two, Vostatek suggests assisting Varel, the gamekeeper in Nebakov (south of the map). Varel tasks you with finding a poacher in Slatego forest (southeast of Troskowitz). An unfinished cottage near the poacher's camp provides a starting point. A poacher's knife found in the camp helps with tracking (using Mutt).

Poacher 4 (Varel's Quest):

Varel's next request involves poachers around Semine Pond (west of his home). Kreyzl at Lower Semine Mill provides helpful information. Locate Kreyzl's storehouse ("The Lair") in the woods south of the pond. The poacher's camp is uphill, south of the storehouse. Find three pieces of poaching evidence (deer remains, animal skins) and deal with the three hostile poachers.

Poacher 5 (Varel's Quest):

Finally, Varel sends you to the Kopanina forests north of Trosky castle. Follow the northwest path to a camp near the woods. A shrine marks a path leading north to a clearing, then a deeper section of the woods. Follow the cliff's edge north to find the final poacher's camp.
