Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2: A Guide to Completing the Missable Primum Nil Nocere Quest
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 features intricate quests where Henry interacts uniquely with various characters across both game regions. These quests range from serious to lighthearted, and some even overlap. One such quest, Primum Nil Nocere, is easily missed. This guide ensures you don't overlook it.
Primum Nil Nocere: A Missable Quest
This quest is triggered only by assisting Mlada during the Thunderstone quest. Neglecting her will prevent you from completing Primum Nil Nocere. This guide helps completionists secure this quest.
Starting the Primum Nil Nocere Quest
The Primum Nil Nocere quest begins towards the Thunderstone quest's conclusion. You'll need to locate the Thunderstone.
Upon meeting Mlada, inquire about the stone. She possesses it, believing it will heal her ailing husband, Peter. (See our complete Thunderstone quest guide for assistance.)
Mlada will request your help in treating Peter in exchange for the Thunderstone.

Treating Peter
Find Peter bedridden in his bedroom. Examine him using both dialogue options, but you won't initially find the solution.
Talk to Mlada again for more clues. This unlocks a crucial dialogue option with Peter: "You don’t sleep much at night?"
This reveals the necessary treatment. If you haven't already figured it out, you need to provide him with Chamomile Brew.
If you have it, give it to him. Otherwise, brew it yourself using Chamomile and
Sage, both purchasable from the village grocer.
Use the alchemy bench north of the village:
Return to Peter, give him the brew, and wait a day. Peter will have recovered and gone to work. Mlada will express her gratitude, completing the Primum Nil Nocere quest and rewarding you with the Thunderstone.
