Find Peter bedridden in his bedroom. Examine him using both dialogue options, but you won't initially find the solution.

This reveals the necessary treatment. If you haven't already figured it out, you need to provide him with Chamomile Brew.

If you have it, give it to him. Otherwise, brew it yourself using Chamomile and Sage, both purchasable from the village grocer.

Use the alchemy bench north of the village:

3. Add ground Sage.
4. Pour into a vial.
